Usually the same day, in writing. No ranges, no “starting at,” no pressure to book on the spot.
Pick a day
We give you a window and we show up inside it. If weather moves us, you hear it from us first.
Walk it with us
Before we pull out, you walk the property. Anything you are not happy with, we are still there to fix it.
What we need from you
- A photo or two of whatever is dirty — the whole house, the bad elevation, the driveway
- The property address
- An outside water spigot that works
- Gates unlocked on the day, and anything delicate pointed out
What you get from us
- A firm written price, usually the same day — not a range
- An arrival window, and a call from us first if weather moves it
- Beds pre-wet before we start and rinsed when we finish
- A walk of the property with you before we pull out
Payment
Nothing up front. You pay when the job is done and you have walked it. We take card, check and cash.
Weather
Light rain is usually fine — we are already putting water on the house. Heavy rain, high wind and freezing temperatures move the job, and you hear about it from us rather than finding out when nobody shows up.
